My grandmother was someone who inspired my interest in cooking, eating, and gardening. When I turned 18, she gave me a present of a handwritten recipe book. This book contained a collection of the family recipes passed down. In my first few years of living on my own, I used this cookbook more than any other in my collection.
The book was divided into four sections:

Yellow Mains, Curries |

Pink Sweets, Cakes, Health Bars, Biscuits, Bread, Muffins |
The pink section was by far my favourite section.
