- 40 ml curry powder
Proteins
- 500 g prawns peeled and deveined
- 300 g BBQ pork optional, substitute with 2 cooked pork chops sliced
Vegetables
- 1 red capsicum sliced
- 125 ml bean sprouts
- 1 omelette strips
Others
- 40 ml oil for stir-frying
- 100 g vermicelli cooked
Instructions
Method
- Combine curry powder and other seasonings in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add prawns and BBQ pork, toss until prawns change color.
- Add red capsicum, bean sprouts, and omelette strips. Mix well.
- Add cooked vermicelli and stir-fry for a few more minutes until well combined.

BBQ pork is available at Asian delis and food stores. Substitute with 2 cooked pork chops sliced if preferred.
