Materials

Spices and Seasonings

  • 40 ml curry powder

Proteins

  • 500 g prawns peeled and deveined
  • 300 g BBQ pork optional, substitute with 2 cooked pork chops sliced

Vegetables

  • 1 red capsicum sliced
  • 125 ml bean sprouts
  • 1 omelette strips

Others

  • 40 ml oil for stir-frying
  • 100 g vermicelli cooked

Instructions

Method

  • Combine curry powder and other seasonings in a bowl.
  • Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add prawns and BBQ pork, toss until prawns change color.
  • Add red capsicum, bean sprouts, and omelette strips. Mix well.
  • Add cooked vermicelli and stir-fry for a few more minutes until well combined.

Notes

BBQ pork is available at Asian delis and food stores. Substitute with 2 cooked pork chops sliced if preferred.
