- In a blender, place 50g fresh basil leaves, 2 cloves garlic, 120ml virgin olive oil, 30ml toasted pine nuts, and 30g parmesan cheese.
- Blend to desired consistency.
- Place in a sealed container.
- Store in the fridge.
- Keep a film of olive oil on top of the pesto to prevent oxidation.
- This will keep well.
