Materials

  • 150 g chunk steak
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoon garlic crushed
  • 2 tomatoes medium, cut into wedges
  • 1 green capsicum sliced

Spices

  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Liquids

  • 1 cup water 250ml

  • Heat oil and cook onion until transparent.
  • Brown meat a little at a time.
  • Add vegetables and spices, stir for a few minutes.
  • Add water and stir well.
  • Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
  • Serve with noodles sprinkled with poppy seeds.
