- 60 ml peanut butter
- 5 g crushed garlic
- 5 g grated fresh ginger
- 2.5 g salt add more to taste
- 60 g sultanas
- 60 g raisins
- 60 g chopped peanuts
- 120 ml white vinegar
- 120 g brown sugar
- 2-3 tsp chilli powder

- Place ginger, sultanas, raisins, and peanuts in a small saucepan.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir well over gentle heat.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with corn cakes as a snack.
