- Blend until combined, but do not overmix to a puree.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour or overnight for best results.
Cooking
- Shape the mixture into 5 cm diameter patties.
- Shallow fry the patties in peanut oil until golden brown.
- Drain the patties before serving.
