  • 1 stalk lemon grass chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 red chillies red chillies seeded
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 egg

Instructions

Preparation

  • Place the white fish fillets, roughly chopped green beans, chopped lemon grass, garlic, seeded red chillies, fish sauce, and egg into a blender.
  • Blend until combined, but do not overmix to a puree.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour or overnight for best results.

Cooking

  • Shape the mixture into 5 cm diameter patties.
  • Shallow fry the patties in peanut oil until golden brown.
  • Drain the patties before serving.
