  • 30 ml olive oil

Spices

  • 40 ml paprika smoked or sweet
  • 5 ml garlic powder
  • 5 ml onion powder
  • 5 ml salt
  • 2.5 ml black pepper

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  • In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil until evenly coated.
  • In a small bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Sprinkle the spice mixture over the potatoes and toss until they are well coated.
  • Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve hot as a delicious side dish.
