  • 10 ml Tandoori Seasoning
  • 10 ml Cayenne Pepper or less, to taste

Nuts

  • 500 g mixed roast nuts such as almonds, cashews, and pecans. Ensure they are unsalted.

  • Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Add the Indian Curry Powder, Tandoori Seasoning, and Cayenne Pepper. Stir to combine.
