Materials
Noodles and Proteins
- 300 g rice vermicelli Place in boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain and separate.
- 185 g barbecue pork Cut into cubes.
- 2 eggs Made into omelette.
Vegetables
- 250 g green peas Shelled and cut into cubes.
- 1 green pepper Cut into strips.
- 1 red pepper Cut into strips.
- 250 ml white bean sprouts
- 3 shallots Cut into slices.
- 20 g ginger Shredded.
- 1 onion Finely sliced.
Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 chicken stock cubes
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons salt

- Cook rice vermicelli in boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain and separate.
- Heat oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add shallots, ginger, and onion, and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add green and red peppers, and stir-fry for a few minutes.
- Add green peas and barbecue pork, and stir-fry until heated through.
- Push ingredients to one side of the wok, and add eggs to the other side to make an omelette.
- Once the omelette is cooked, break it into pieces and mix with the other ingredients.
- Add rice vermicelli, white bean sprouts, sugar, chicken stock cubes, sesame oil, and salt.
- Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
