Materials

Noodles and Proteins

  • 300 g rice vermicelli Place in boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain and separate.
  • 185 g barbecue pork Cut into cubes.
  • 2 eggs Made into omelette.

Vegetables

  • 250 g green peas Shelled and cut into cubes.
  • 1 green pepper Cut into strips.
  • 1 red pepper Cut into strips.
  • 250 ml white bean sprouts
  • 3 shallots Cut into slices.
  • 20 g ginger Shredded.
  • 1 onion Finely sliced.

Seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 chicken stock cubes
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Cooking Instructions

  • Cook rice vermicelli in boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain and separate.
  • Heat oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add shallots, ginger, and onion, and stir-fry until fragrant.
  • Add green and red peppers, and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  • Add green peas and barbecue pork, and stir-fry until heated through.
  • Push ingredients to one side of the wok, and add eggs to the other side to make an omelette.
  • Once the omelette is cooked, break it into pieces and mix with the other ingredients.
  • Add rice vermicelli, white bean sprouts, sugar, chicken stock cubes, sesame oil, and salt.
  • Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.

Notes

Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve hot.
