Materials

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g potatoes chopped/diced
  • 800 g lamb sausages approximately 12 sausages
  • 4 bacon rashers chopped
  • 40 ml olive oil
  • 2 large brown onions thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 20 ml seeded mustard
  • 20 ml chopped fresh chives or spring onions
  • 300 ml sour cream

Instructions

Cooking Instructions

  • Boil, steam, or microwave potatoes until tender, then drain.
  • Cook sausages in a large pan of boiling water uncovered for approximately 4 minutes or until changed in colour. Drain and cut into thin slices.
  • Stir-fry bacon until crisp.
  • Stir-fry potatoes, sausage, onion, and garlic until browned. (Do in batches if necessary.)
  • Return sausage mix to work/pan with bacon, mustard, chives, and sour cream. Stir-fry, tossing until hot.
