Materials
Main Ingredients
- 500 g potatoes chopped/diced
- 800 g lamb sausages approximately 12 sausages
- 4 bacon rashers chopped
- 40 ml olive oil
- 2 large brown onions thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 20 ml seeded mustard
- 20 ml chopped fresh chives or spring onions
- 300 ml sour cream
Instructions
Cooking Instructions
- Boil, steam, or microwave potatoes until tender, then drain.
- Cook sausages in a large pan of boiling water uncovered for approximately 4 minutes or until changed in colour. Drain and cut into thin slices.
- Stir-fry bacon until crisp.
- Stir-fry potatoes, sausage, onion, and garlic until browned. (Do in batches if necessary.)
- Return sausage mix to work/pan with bacon, mustard, chives, and sour cream. Stir-fry, tossing until hot.
