- 500 g ground lean pork or chicken breast/fillet
Liquid Ingredients
- 500 ml boiling water
- 40 ml lime juice
- 40 ml fish sauce

- 20 g ground pan-roasted rice
- 15 g ground chilli
Herbs and Vegetables
- 2 pieces spring onions 2 cm long
- 1 plant coriander chopped
- 125 g mint leaves
- 50 g thinly sliced shallot
- 50 g roasted peanuts chopped
Instructions
Cooking Instructions
- Stir-fry the pork or chicken in the boiling water until cooked. Remove and drain the water. Allow to cool.
- Mix the cooled meat with ground pan-roasted rice, ground chilli, thinly sliced shallot, spring onions, chopped coriander, fish sauce, lime juice, and mint leaves.
- Serve the mixture tossed with cucumber, bok choy, yard-long beans, and spring onions.
