Materials

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g pad thai noodles drained well
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1-3 chilli sliced, adjust for heat preference
  • 1 egg
  • 40 ml oil
  • 20 ml lime juice

Garnish

  • 20 ml chives chopped
  • 40 ml crushed peanuts

Instructions

Cooking Instructions

  • Drain the pad thai noodles well.
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sliced chilli, and cook until the garlic is coloured.
  • Add the egg and stir until cooked.
  • Add the drained noodles and stir carefully, lifting and turning the noodles over.
  • Mix in the lime juice.
  • Garnish with chopped chives and crushed peanuts.
  • Serve with paw paw salad (optional).
