Materials
Main Ingredients
- 200 g pad thai noodles drained well
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1-3 chilli sliced, adjust for heat preference
- 1 egg
- 40 ml oil
- 20 ml lime juice
Garnish
- 20 ml chives chopped
- 40 ml crushed peanuts
Instructions
Cooking Instructions
- Drain the pad thai noodles well.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sliced chilli, and cook until the garlic is coloured.
- Add the egg and stir until cooked.
- Add the drained noodles and stir carefully, lifting and turning the noodles over.
- Mix in the lime juice.
- Garnish with chopped chives and crushed peanuts.
- Serve with paw paw salad (optional).
