  • 40 g palm sugar or substitute with brown sugar

Salsa

  • 2 pieces mangoes peeled and flesh cut into cubes
  • 2-3 pieces red chillies chopped into rings
  • 4 pieces shallots cut into rounds
  • 1 piece clove garlic crushed
