- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 60 ml water or use water from chickpeas
Optional Ingredients
- 75 ml tahini traditional
- to taste ground paprika for garnish

- Place chickpeas, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, sea salt, and water in a blender.
- Process until smooth.
- Garnish with ground paprika.
- Serve with pita bread.
- Optional: Add tahini to the blender and process. Adjust salt to suit taste.
- Note: Adding tahini makes the hummus nicer and healthier.
