  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped herbs such as parsley, thyme, coriander, basil

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  • Cut bread into cubes and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Add 2 teaspoons of mixed dried herbs to the bread cubes and toss to coat evenly.
  • Alternatively, use 2 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh herbs such as parsley, thyme, coriander, and basil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
