Materials
Sauce Ingredients
- 40 ml salad dressing (French or Italian)
- 80 ml white wine
- 40 ml tomato sauce
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 bay leaves
- salt & pepper to taste
Fish and Topping
- 4 thick fish fillets
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley 20ml
- 2 Tbsp fresh bread crumbs 40ml
Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (moderate heat).
- In a bowl, mix the salad dressing, white wine, tomato sauce, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, and bay leaves.
- Pour the mixture into an oven-proof dish and place the fish fillets on top.
- Sprinkle the fish with bread crumbs and chopped parsley.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
