  • 83 ml vinegar or lemon juice
  • 67 ml virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 10 g salt
  • 2.5 ml pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  • 1 can mayonnaise or avocado Use either mayonnaise or avocado

  • Combine vinegar (or lemon juice), olive oil, crushed garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a blender or bowl.
  • Blend well until the mixture is emulsified.
  • Add mayonnaise or avocado and blend again until smooth.
  • Store at room temperature in a sealed bottle.

Adjust the amount of vinegar or lemon juice to taste. Can be used as a salad dressing or marinade.
