- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 10 g salt
- 2.5 ml pepper 1/2 teaspoon
- 1 can mayonnaise or avocado Use either mayonnaise or avocado

- Combine vinegar (or lemon juice), olive oil, crushed garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a blender or bowl.
- Blend well until the mixture is emulsified.
- Add mayonnaise or avocado and blend again until smooth.
- Store at room temperature in a sealed bottle.
