Materials
Base Ingredients
- 30 g butter
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup approx. 410g can
- 250 ml milk
- 500 ml cooked rice
- 1 can tuna drained, approx. 185g can
- 250 ml frozen peas thawed
- 20 ml Italian plain flour
Topping Ingredients
- 250 ml potato chips crushed
- 20 ml fresh parsley chopped
- 60 g grated cheese

Cooking Instructions
- Melt butter and cook onion until transparent.
- Add flour and cook over gentle heat for 1 minute.
- Gradually add soup and milk, stirring constantly.
- Add rice, tuna, and peas. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spoon mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Combine crushed chips, parsley, and cheese. Sprinkle on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
