- 250 g wattle seed substitute for traditional seeds

- 5 ml native mint use in place of cumin
- 5 ml native pepper optional for added flavour
Serving
- as needed warm bread
- as needed macadamia oil substitute for olive oil

- Mix wattle seed, hazelnuts, sea salt, lemon myrtle, native mint, and native pepper together in a bowl.
- Store the Dukkah mix in a sealed container in the fridge.
Serving
