Materials
Dry
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sultanas
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/4 cup apricots dried chopped
Liquid
- 90 mls virgin coconut oil
- 45 mls brown rice syrup
- 45 mls maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Line lamington tin with baking paper.
- Mix dry ingredients. Mix liquid ingredients well.
- Press down in lined tin & bake till golden brown 25-30 mins.
- Allow to cool. Cut into shapes.
- Wrap. Store in fridge.
