Wheat & Dairy Free Muesli Bars

Materials

Dry

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sultanas
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cup apricots dried chopped

Liquid

  • 90 mls virgin coconut oil
  • 45 mls brown rice syrup
  • 45 mls maple syrup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Line lamington tin with baking paper.
  • Mix dry ingredients. Mix liquid ingredients well.
  • Press down in lined tin & bake till golden brown 25-30 mins.
  • Allow to cool. Cut into shapes.
  • Wrap. Store in fridge.
