Silk Pudding

Materials

  • 2 cartons sour cream
  • 1 cup sugar caster is best
  • 1 carton plain yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp chopped PISTACHIOS
  • 2 tbsp chopped ALMONDS
  • 1 tsp freshly ground CARDAMON
  • Sprinkle of nut meg
  • A few strands of SAFFRON

Instructions

  • Mix sour cream, yoghurt and sugar. (Reserve some nuts)
  • STIR in nuts and most of cardamom.
  • Place in serving bowl.
  • Garnish with remaining nuts and cardamom.
  • Sprinkle with nutmeg and saffron.
  • CHILL for 4 HOURS before SERVING.

Notes

DO NOT USE SALTED NUTS, almonds can be lightly roasted.
