Materials
- 2 cartons sour cream
- 1 cup sugar caster is best
- 1 carton plain yoghurt
- 2 tbsp chopped PISTACHIOS
- 2 tbsp chopped ALMONDS
- 1 tsp freshly ground CARDAMON
- Sprinkle of nut meg
- A few strands of SAFFRON
Instructions
- Mix sour cream, yoghurt and sugar. (Reserve some nuts)
- STIR in nuts and most of cardamom.
- Place in serving bowl.
- Garnish with remaining nuts and cardamom.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg and saffron.
- CHILL for 4 HOURS before SERVING.
Notes
DO NOT USE SALTED NUTS, almonds can be lightly roasted.
