Materials
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt approx. 1/2 tsp
- 2 eggs beaten
- 150 ml milk
- 150 ml water
Instructions
- Sift flour and salt into bowl. Make a well in the centre of the mixture and drop in well-beaten eggs.
- Gradually add milk and water, beating all the time. Beat until smooth and then allow to stand 1 hour.
- Grease a frying pan/skillet very lightly and heat. Pour in sufficient batter for one pancake.
- When edges are set, turn and brown the other side.
- Spread with filling and roll.
