Materials
- 2 cups 300g plain flour
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup 60g chopped black olives
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Place flour in large bowl.
- Mix in olive oil, olives and water. MIX WELL.
- Knead gently on floured board until smooth.
- Divide into 4 portions.
- Flatten each thinly.
- Oil tray. 30cm DIAMETER.
- Bake at 180°C for 15-20 min.
Notes
Breaks into pure & serve.
