Olive Crisp Bread

Materials

  • 2 cups 300g plain flour
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup 60g chopped black olives
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • Place flour in large bowl.
  • Mix in olive oil, olives and water. MIX WELL.
  • Knead gently on floured board until smooth.
  • Divide into 4 portions.
  • Flatten each thinly.
  • Oil tray. 30cm DIAMETER.
  • Bake at 180°C for 15-20 min.

Notes

Breaks into pure & serve.
GREAT with most DIPS.
You can use GLUTEN FREE FLOUR.
