Base
- 1 Packet vanilla cake mix
- 1 cup Desiccated coconut
- 225 g Butter
Apple Topping
- 400-500 g Apple slices (unsweetened)
- 300 g Sour cream
- 1/4 cup Sugar – brown/caster
- Sprinkle of nut-meg
Instructions
Base
- Rub together. Place in paper-lined lamington tray (1" deep sides). Press down gently.
- Bake @ 180°C for 20 min.
Apple Topping
- Mix all ingredients together
- Place on top of base. Cook for 20 min!
Notes
Delicious warm or cold.
