Materials
- 3/4 cup Bircher Muesli
- 3/4 cup wholemeal SR flour
- 1/4 cup raw sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon soda bi-carb.
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup good mayonnaise
Instructions
- Prepare 6 large MUFFIN tin – grease well.
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Mix liquid ingredients together.
- Combine the 2 mixes. MIX UNTIL JUST COMBINED. (Over mixing will result in TOUGH MUFFINS)
- BAKE for 20-25 MINUTES. (Test @ 20 min.)
