Materials
- 2 cups sweet corn kernels*
- 1/4 cup pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons flour rice, wheat
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup oil in batches
Instructions
- Heat fry pan. Add oil till good heat. Drop tablespoon of mix – TURN, FLATTEN.
- Cook through. Drain on paper.
- Serve with CHILLI SAUCE.
- OR HAVE with CHILLI CON CARNE.
Notes
Can use fresh or tinned OR creamed corn – may need EXTRA FLOUR with creamed corn.
