Materials

  • 2 cups sweet corn kernels*
  • 1/4 cup pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons flour rice, wheat
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup oil in batches

Instructions

  • Heat fry pan. Add oil till good heat. Drop tablespoon of mix – TURN, FLATTEN.
  • Cook through. Drain on paper.
  • Serve with CHILLI SAUCE.
  • OR HAVE with CHILLI CON CARNE.

Notes

Can use fresh or tinned OR creamed corn – may need EXTRA FLOUR with creamed corn.
