Materials

  • 1 Ripe banana
  • 1/3 cup sultanas
  • 1/3 cup chopped apricots
  • 1/3 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut ensure you have some extra coconut

Instructions

  • Blend or stir 5 ingredients.
  • Roll into balls, toss in extra coconut.
  • Keep in fridge in sealed container.

Notes

Options: Nutmeg or cinnamon powder can be added.
Cranberries, prunes, pecans, pistachios or walnuts can be substituted for above ingredients.
