Materials
- 1 Ripe banana
- 1/3 cup sultanas
- 1/3 cup chopped apricots
- 1/3 cup chopped almonds
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut ensure you have some extra coconut
Instructions
- Blend or stir 5 ingredients.
- Roll into balls, toss in extra coconut.
- Keep in fridge in sealed container.
Notes
Options: Nutmeg or cinnamon powder can be added.
Cranberries, prunes, pecans, pistachios or walnuts can be substituted for above ingredients.
