A way to use up sour milk or yoghurt quickly!
Materials
- 3 1/2 – 4 cups self-raising wholemeal flour
- 1 tablespoon runny honey
- 1/2 cup wheat germ OR bran
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 large bottle beer
- 1/2 cup chopped chives OPT.
Instructions
- MIX all ingredients well.
- Place in well-buttered loaf tin. Make a dent in the middle – dot with butter, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake in mod. oven approx. 1 HOUR.
- Test with skewer.

Great warm with BUTTER!
