Vanilla Ice-cream

Equipment

  • 1 Ninja Creami Deluxe
  • 1 Ninja Creami Deluxe Container
  • 1 Pyrex Bowl
  • 1 Whisk
  • 1 Rubber Spatula
  • 1 Microwave

Materials

  • 300 ml Thickened Cream
  • 37.5 grams Philadelphia Cream Cheese Spread Comes in a 4 pack, 150g
  • 1/2 cup White Sugar
  • 2.5 cup Full Cream Milk
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Put the cream cheese into a Pyrex bowl, and in a microwave on low power, heat the Cream Cheese until it is soft.
    37.5 grams Philadelphia Cream Cheese Spread
  • Take the bowl out and add in the sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until the sugar starts to dissolve in the cream cheese
    1/2 cup White Sugar, 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Add the milk in, and whisk until the cream cheese and sugar is completely dissolved.
    2.5 cup Full Cream Milk
  • Mix in the cream, and ensure that the creami is combined with the mixure and not seperated.
    300 ml Thickened Cream
  • Pour into the Ninja Creami Container and Freeze for 24 hours.
  • Process as per the instructions with the Ninja Creami.
